M2 Procurement & Commercial Services (M2PCS) commenced trading in July 2018 after our Managing Director (Mike Muir) left Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL). Mike has 35 years experience in the civil nuclear decommissioning sector at Dounreay, Risley, Winfrith, Harwell, Culham, Windscale and Hunterston A.



Since commencing trading, M2PCS has been awarded contracts by Clients in the local government, energy and defence sectors to provide a diverse range of services from supply chain development through to tender production.
