- Production of responses (Expressions of Interest) to tenders issued by Clients, such responses include Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Tender Submissions;
- Peer Reviews of Tender Submissions;
- Management of Tendering Processes on behalf of Clients;
- Contracts Management;
- Advise on contractual and commercial matters;
- Supply Chain Development;
- Business Development Services; and
- Project Management Services for small value projects.
Most procurement processes adopt a 2-stage approach that leads to the identification of a Preferred Contractor with whom the contract is eventually placed, these stages are Selection (stage 1) and Award (Stage 2).
Stage 1 – Selection – Completion of Prequalification Questionnaire
Stage 2 – Award – Completion of Tender Submission
- to ensure that the requirements of the Specifications have been fully understood; and
- to identify the Contractor that is providing the best overall value for money in accordance with the declared Award Criteria.
- Review of the Terms & Conditions of Contract to provide an independent evaluation of the commercial benefits and exposure to the Client, including liabilities, indemnities, risk, etc.;
- Advise Peer review of Commercial Submissions to ensure that tendered prices are competitive and fully underpinned by documented exclusions, caveats and risk transfers; and
- Production and/or Peer Review of responses to questions contained in the Contracting Authority’s tender documents that comply with the information provided in the Award Criteria.
